In this role, you have the opportunity to Develop profitable long-term growth and drive sales of the MA&TC division in the North-West part of Romania . You will be a key person in maximizing profitable sales and customer satisfaction, selling all Connected Care – MA&TC Philips Health Systems and applicable Philips products and services whilst balancing short and long-term business goals.
You are responsible for
- Developing and driving credible and productive long-term relations at the appropriate organizational levels and disciplines, in order to maximizing the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business goals;
- Developing senior and executive customer management level relations;
- Developing good understanding of the customers (business model) and their and our applications to maximize business opportunities;
- Developing, coordinating, implementing and driving the account plan, including tailored value proposition;
- Negotiating agreements with the assigned accounts, coordinate and drive account, and Philips promotion;
- Responsible for the sales forecast at the assigned accounts;
- Maximizing order intake, sales (incl. POS Service Contracts) and price realization at the assigned accounts within the district
- Filling the funnel management tool and systematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends
- Realize planned turnover, costs and profitability. Lead the country account team and drive other disciplines such as Project Management, Operations and Customer Services
- Collaboration with channel partners where required;
- Ensuring that completed quotations are based on a solution/configuration compliant to specifications validated by the Business, and it is properly reviewed by operations (Project Management) for feasibility and accuracy prior to being issued;
- Ensuring any third party product included in the solution and not part of the catalog is properly validated for compatibility / compliance of specifications
- Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
You are a part of the Diagnostic Imaging & Interventional Guided Therapy Sales Team Romania.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- University degree (ideally in biomedical engineering/medicine);
- Proven track record in a sales environment of minimum 5 years;
- Relevant healthcare/biomedical/medical devices background;
- Proven experience in the Patient Monitoring/Cardiac Care/ICU field would preferred;
- Outspoken communication, presentation, selling and effective negotiating skills;
- Ability to work independently while interacting with all levels of the organization;
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
