We are looking for you to join our team of IT engineers!

We Expect From You
  • A technical Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Support
  • Proficiency in English (German language skills - to be considered a plus)

We Also Expect From You To
  • Be responsible for monitoring, follow-up, solving and escalation of the technical tickets according with the existing procedures
  • Be responsible for the network monitoring activities and escalation of the problems to the appropriate persons
  • Ensure IT technical support - the point of contact for any IT technical issue in the company
  • Install servers, network equipment, laptops, printers and other IT devices
  • Test Windows updates and solve incompatibilities
  • Keep up to date the antivirus server and clients, define and monitor periodic scans, create periodic reports
  • Ensure that operations and equipment are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and rules
In order to do this you need to have basic knowledge about:
  • Microsoft Windows Server / Hypervisor / Microsoft Windows OS / Microsoft Office
  • SCCM (nice to have)
  • SCOM (nice to have)
  • VmWare/Hyperv
  • Basic IP Networking

Also, In Addition, We Expect You To
  • Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements
  • Think in terms of solutions for the customer and best practice
  • Be proactive and independent
  • Have quick thinking and also have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming related problems
  • Have high customer service skill set; have the ability to talk with users directly, to solve their issues, and leave the users with a positive experience
  • Pay strong attention to details and a sense of urgency
  • Have excellent attention to details and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
