Excellent communicator, self-starter, enjoys challenges
Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
Good computer literacy – Including Microsoft Office packages and Internet Explorer
Previous experience as an administrative assistant would be considered a plus
Basic accounting knowledge
Ability to work in an environment that is highly variable and those changes daily
Ability to establish strong business relationships with internal partners, vendor team leaders/agent, recruitment & training teams
Strong analytical skills
Approachable, friendly and with a can-do attitude
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working in support of a dynamic Contact Center environment is desired

Job Description

Support with protocol activities as required by the management team, including travelling arrangements
Primary accounting: collect and register vendor invoices and coordinate financial data processing towards the finance team
Manage the existing documents and keep record of cash registry
Act as a liaison between internal and external clients
Provides guidance on applying administrative tasks
Creates reports and communicate specific data as required by the operational / management team
