Your role

We Expect From You To
  • Deploy and administer application servers, creates backup and troubleshoot incidents
  • Support an always-available application platform and infrastructure
  • Administrate clusters of virtual systems (using vSphere/HyperV) running business applications, ensuring availability and continuity
  • Be responsible for monitoring, follow-up, solving and escalation of the internal technical trouble tickets according with the existing procedures
  • Ensure IT technical support - the point of contact for any IT technical issue in the company
  • Design, deploy and manage large-scale Microsoft based infrastructures
  • Provide management and deployment solutions for System Center based infrastructures


Your profile

We Expect From You
  • A technical Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Support
  • Proficiency in English (German will be considered a plus)

In order to be suitable, you'll need to have strong knowledge about:
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 onwards
  • System Center 2012 onwards
  • Advanced Windows Services (Active Directory, DFS, DNS/DHCP etc)
  • ITIL certification is desirable


In Addition, We Expect You To
  • Have experience with IT environments of considerable size
  • Be familiar with SCCM/System Center (to be considered an advantage)
  • Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements
  • Think in terms of solutions for the customer and best practice
  • Be proactive and independent
  • Have quick thinking and also have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming related problems
  • Have high customer service skill set; have the ability to talk with users directly, to solve their issues, and leave the users with a positive experience
  • Be a team player
  • Have the ability of multi-tasking, handle multiple high priorities; balance changing priorities
  • Have excellent attention to details and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
