IT Solution Expert

We are on the lookout for an IT Solution Expert who is well versed in Microsoft Technologies ( Sharepoint, O365 etc.)

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Consults the business in order to define efficient solutions for demands and requirements with regards to IT
• The Solution Expert introduces IT Innovations

• Focuses Standardization, Harmonization and Globalization to increase efficiency (synergies, costs) of IT Infrastructure, Applications and Support Model
• Understand business requirements and provide conceptual support
• Design High Level Architecture with regards to the specific solution in terms of the IT landscape
• Align demands, requirement and projects with other solutions
• Consult business during the creation of requirements specification
• Create Functional specification by describing the requirement, solution on process level and with regards to end user representation (. Mock-Up) To enable the Application Responsible to finalize the functional specification
• Support in the creation of the global solution roadmap
• Identify opportunities to increase standardization, harmonization and efficiency (productivity, costs) on a global scale.
• Oversee continuous improvements
• Proactively perform self-audits and track the performance with regards to change and run business
• Create technical models
• Support in organization of User Acceptance Tests and global roll-out’s.

 

Requirements:

 

• Degree in mathematics, computer science, business informatics or similar
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Stack Technologies ( Sharepointand involved in successful delivery of those Microsoft related projects
• Very good knowledge of Site Infrastructure, BPM, Collaboration application and processes
• Experience in creation of IT functional specifications and designing processes
• Very good English/German a plus
