Description

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent (with German) for our IT Department  in Timisoara.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Processing of technical requests from our internal customers in German and English language following agreed procedures;
  • Classification, prioritization and dispatching of incidents and requests in a modern ticketing system (source: telephone, email, chatbot);
  • Focusing on solving specific requests/ incidents by performing remote troubleshooting or forwarding IT disruptions to expert groups;
  • Maintaining communication with second, third level teams as well external parties;
  • Identifying and diagnosing disruptions by using knowledge articles and monitoring systems.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Work experience in IT customer support environment or similar experience in customer support area;
  • ITIL qualification represents an advantage;
  • Fluent German and English speaker;
  • Independent, analytical and structured way or working with problem-resolving abilities;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork;
  • Willingness to work within a multicultural global team.
