IT Security Analyst

Responsibilities:

This role requires the reliable expertise to support the following:

• Providing support for the corporate firewall including IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Protection system), Web Filtering/Logging/Blocking, and email spam and virus filtering systems.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing is ideal as well as experience with DLP (Data Loss Prevention).
• This position will work to understand and help secure Cloud Applications and Storage initiatives.
•  Investigate and support Steelcase information security incidents with appropriate incident handling and response procedures.
• The ability to perform computer forensic investigations in a Windows, UNIX/Linux environment is desired as is experience with newer technologies designed to detect APTs (Advanced Persistent Threats).
• Will be expected to provide support for other security issues and initiatives as well as all corporate security standards, policies, procedures and strategies.
• Will require some 24 hours on call production support and troubleshooting including nights and weekends.

• IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection System/Intrusion Prevention System)
• Firewall, Web Filtering/Logging/Blocking and Email Span/Virus Filtering Services
• Anti-virus, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and VPN and application firewalls
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT Security
• 2-3 years with various security technologies
• CISSP or other IT Security certifications will be considered a plus.
• Computer Forensics investigations in a Windows, UNIX/Linux environment desired
• Vulnerability scanning, DLP and penetration testing desired
• Experience with security tools for IPS/IDS and network monitoring.
• MDM (Mobile Device Management) and APT (Advanced Persistent Threats) experience desired.
• Superb interpersonal skills, presentation skills and strong customer focus.
