Job Description
To execute the selection & recruitment activities:
Help in preparing the materials for job fairs;
Help in organising any local events: Open day for Students, Job Fairs, trainings, seminars, etc.
Keeping updated and operating all the necessary modifications in PeopleSoft related to the new hires, leavers;
Create/ export reports from PeopleSoft
Order Welcome packs for the new hires

Job Description
To execute the selection & recruitment activities:
- Ensuring all roles are posted on internal / external career portal - Advertise and promote vacancies placing adverts in the appropriate online media
- Direct search: Proactively searching for relevant talent for every role using internal / external sourcing channels as applicable (Microchip candidate database, LinkedIn, country job boards, professional groups, etc.);
- Candidate pre/screening and selection for shortlist
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews;
- Interviews and evaluates the candidates for the open positions;
- Send feedback to the candidates;
- Ensure all necessary hire docs / info are collected and trigger the teams involved in on-boarding process;
- Participate in recruitment processes as support to meet hiring goals
- Participate in job fairs, specialized social activities, University and different types of personnel marketing events

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in human resources field
- Previous experience in dealing with a multi-cultural employee population;
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting (IT/technical field is a plus)
- Proven experience with managing end-to-end recruitment process
- Be a proficient user of LinkedIn, social media
- Good understanding of the local market and its resources
- Team player with excellent communication skills, motivated self-starter, detail oriented, and positive attitude;
- Working experience with Microsoft Office packages;
- Familiarity with and HRIS system such as PeopleSoft would be an advantageous;
- Effective written and fluent verbal communication skills in English
