Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay updated of current and future hiring and business needs
  • Establish the recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
  • Execute the selection and hiring process (organizing and conducting interviews)
  • Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Keeping in touch with cross-business HR contacts
  • Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business need
  • Prepare presentations according to business need
  • Maintain organization wage structure during recruitment process

Requirements
  • University Degree
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Customer Focused
