OVERVIEW:

Working with internal and external clients for Atoss Time & Attendance solution, the Atoss Consultant will become an expert on both the domain and the technology as we implement, migrate and service the first and intensive training will be provided.

KEY DUTIES/TASKS:

• Manages small projects, sub-project leader on larger projects
• Performs requirements analysis
• Independent execution of work packages
• Configuration/parameterization of time & attendance and resource planning data
• Master data imports
• Implementation and execution of wage data interfaces (no scripting)
• Staff Center and Workflow Management Setup
• Task Management and Cost Center Management
• Adaptation of dialogs and duty roster layouts
• Delivery of trainings/demos (internal and external)
• Manages product release updates
• Basic print program management
• Connecting and integrating Terminals into the standard process
• Acts as a higher level of support to internal and external clients / partners
• Create, update and maintain the knowledge base

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• C1 level German, B2 level English
• Excellent communication skills; oral, written and listening
• Experience working in the time and attendance / workforce management domain a plus
• Experience working with HR Information Systems / CRM tools a plus
• Excellent logical and problem solving skills
• Quick adaptability with an openness to learn and develop
• High client orientation
• Proven experience in supporting international clients is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player with a positive attitude
