Contract Administrator (with German)

KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
- Autonomous creation of customer contracts in agreement with the other business units according to defined standards
- Managing and administering customer contracts, as well as monitoring compliance with contract standards
- Archiving contracts and maintaining the contract database
- Extension of the contract database and inclusion of missing contracts as well as updating the contracts according to their latest status
- Competent and solution-oriented consulting provided to other business divisions in the preparation of contract offers and the amendment or supplement of framework contracts
- Independently and autonomously organizing and managing customer campaigns in accordance with our policies
- Processing of terminations and keeping communication with customers
- Supporting the team leader in regards of data protection queries, in accordance with the EU GDPR regulations
- Update and monitor the contract portal as the sole source for authorized customer contract standards
- Training of business units and shaping a culture in which our standards are constantly being improved and lived.
REQUIREMENTS:
- C1 level German, B2 level English (written/spoken)
- Studies with an emphasis on German business law, . Bachelor of Laws or completed legal vocational training with several years' professional experience, . to the attorney clerk
- Very good MS Office knowledge, v. A. Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in correspondence and dealing with customers
- Good comprehension, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Safe acting and negotiating skills
- Teamwork, flexibility and reliability
- Communication skills and high service awareness
- Enthusiasm and initiative
