We look for a super cool senior HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems Specialist - to join our great team, in order to advise and guide management regarding system requirements. This is a new position in the department.

Your profile:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, computer science, or a related field is generally required for this job. In addition, previous related experience is required or preferred as well.
  • HRIS specialists must be organized and pay close attention to detail.Should work well in a team setting to reach all company objectives in a timely manner; however, also needs to be able to perform effectively by himself with minimal supervision.
  • You are a highly organized person, proactive with very good communication skills. Resilience and self-regulation are very important for us.
  • Our future colleague should be team oriented and a solution seeker type of person. Analytical and leadership skills are also crucial for this role.

Here are some of the responsibilities for the role:

  • Test new implemented modules in a pre-existing tool/ software.
  • Run tests and make sure that all implementations meet requirements.
  • Process and maintain periodic reports of employee record data, develop reports.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update employee data for the HR information system;
  • May assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HRIS and other human resources computer applications and systems;
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes
  • Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Charisma and/or other tools/ software.
  • Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms (e.g: Charisma).
  • Train colleagues and stakeholders on existing/ new tools and/or software used internally.
  • Create, implement and update HR internal reports that serve a variety of activities.
  • Automate reports and provide digital solutions for the HR department, mainly.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient workflow within the HR department.
  • Proactively assist all HR activities.
