HR Team Senior Analyst with German

Your Role

You will be responsible for dealing with all incoming nonstandard HR service requests from Managers, Employees and HR Business Partners in our HR Operations Centre. This involves updating systems, including payroll and creating documents. You will support a range of different HR functions and have responsibility for a geographic cluster of countries, dependent on languages. The job holder must resolve as many incoming non-standard requests as possible to meet the business needs and ensure that the HR Operations Centre meets its Service Level Agreements. Resolving requests includes an end to end generalist service to secure authorizations, address issues, create contracts, inform suppliers, update systems and maintain employee files; ensures accuracy and completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records; and files and retrieves documents.

You will also need to manage customers who are unclear about the nature of their request, provide incomplete information or request services outside the scope of the HR Operation Centre, escalating any issues whilst ensuring that confidence of the customer is maintained, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. Organize and maintain a variety of confidential and statistical records; reports and files; prepare periodic reports. You will also need to support new team members with trainings as well as refresh trainings based on quality issues identified.

Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact in HR for enquiries from both internal and external customers

Provide a seamless administrative service to the country / divisional client group

Enter data for Payroll and T&A (Time & Attendance) into the relevant systems according to predefined processes

Operate within team SLAs for quality, accuracy and turnaround time.

Provide data/workload information to Team-Leader on a weekly basis and as requested.

Use and develop expertise in the full range of tools and technology required to perform the role

Provide a professional and friendly service at all times to peers in the Dach region

Develop an effective working relationship with the client group and related departments across the business to ensure a streamlined service is provided to the customer.

Continually look at ways of improving process and procedures within the HR function to improve the level of support provided to the customer.

Suggest and follow through on process improvements

Qualifications

Fluency in written and spoken English and German

1-2 years experience in a relevant position

Good general business understanding and customer management skills

Good Analytical Skills And Attention To Details Required

Excellent time management and organizational ability

Experience of large scale HR systems, ERP or complex database maintenance would be a plus
