HR Specialist – Payroll and HR Admin

As a potential candidate :



• Bachelor's degree in Economics



- preferably min 1-2 years work experience in Payroll covering full process



• Excellent English and Romanian communication skills;



• interest to grow in the areas of : payroll, personnel adminstration



• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and strong attention to detail;



• Extraordinary diplomacy and capacity to manage highly confidential information with discretion;



 



Job description



You will be involved in:



- all personnel administration tasks relevant for an HR department



- the payment activities related to personnel, including salaries,commissions, loans, benefits, etc



- preparing the payroll, verifying that all entries are posted correctly



- Keeping up to date with legal alterations, relative to labor laws



- Completing and/ or checking HR-related forms and documents so they are processed accurately and ontime



 



This role will allow you to develop relevant skills and also apply strong knowledge of HR related laws and regulations.
