Descrierea jobului

Administration:
• Keeps up to date and manages the active employees’ personnel files including Individual Employment Contracts, addendums, related documents, and Job descriptions, etc.
• Manages the terminated employees’ personnel files, according to the legislation.
• Responsible for completing and archiving personnel files for all company employees in accordance with the company's internal procedures and applicable law;
• Researches, analyses and presents data as assigned;
• Assists in rollout and implementation of HR programs and local initiatives;
• Develops standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics;
• Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives;
• Ensures that HR activities are compliant with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines, legal, regulatory and policy requirements;
Payroll:
• Collection and centralization of all supporting information regarding the payroll (timesheets, medical leaves, vacation days, salary changes, monthly bonuses, etc.) according to the legislation and following the internal processes in place.
• Preparation of various reports requested by the management;
Recruitment:
• End to end front –line employees recruitment, including the administrative part of recruitment: scheduling interviews, contacting the candidates for the pre-employment formalities, and following the Returned-offer & Initiate hire processes in place;
• Support managers through the recruitment and selection process as defined by local legislation and Company practices;
• Support with recruitment admin part for the higher-level roles.
Others:
• Benefits management and implementation, local initiatives support;
• Community - Ensures that the organization will foster our Code of Ethics. This will guarantee open door policy and that all issues will be listened to, reviewed and addressed. This will include non-tolerance of harassment, promotion of diversity, involvement with customers and all community stakeholders;
• Handles projects and other assigned duties, as needed to be an effective Human Resources Specialist;
• Communication and Engagement – Ensuring employee engagement as well as open and honest two-way communication through proximity management and supports Company’s communications programs.
