Main responsibilities:
Member of the Management Team of the company, reporting directly to the Plant/General Manager;
Coordinates the internal communication and CSR activities within the plant;
Coordinates all labor related legal affairs with support of external partners;
Apply the global job grading & compensation programs for white collars & managers, monitor and develop the same for the blue collars and manage the local benefits programs;
Coordinate an efficient payroll administration, management of master data, internal & external reporting;
Leads all payroll, compensation & benefits activities;
Take the lead on developing our talent and succession planning for key positions;
Manage performance management processes for all levels;
Support management on change management;
Focus on the development and coaching of First Line Management;
Defining & rolling out training & development programs with a focus on white collars & blue collars and setting up the required structure to follow up on training effectivity and retraining requirements;
Recruitment & selection at all levels;
Develops and maintains excellent relationships with the industrial partners internally and externally;
Coordinates the regular negotiations with the employee representatives;
Deploys the required HR processes, tools, systems, … in line with the plant / business priorities and the global & regional HR roadmap and priorities;
Manages the HR department (payroll & admin for white and blue collar, talent management specialist);
Ideal candidate:
University degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related discipline;
Proactive and result driven personality with a passion for HR;
Hands on mentality, likes to be and work close to the shopfloor;
Experience within a manufacturing environment;
Fluent in English;
+5 years of experience in HR in an international context;
