Our HR Team is in search of a new colleague to help us maximize talent identification and selection strategies.
Your Profile
Your Profile
- Own a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Management or similar
- Have 2 years recruiting experience, IT recruitment will be considered a plus
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Have very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a great team spirit, with attention to detail, organized, creative, customer oriented and proactive
- Consult hiring managers to understand business needs and job requirements
- Advertise vacancies, CV screening and selection
- Identify and head-hunt the best talents (from entry level to management positions)
- Conduct interviews and offer feedback to the candidates
- Keep candidates database up-to-date
- Generate recruitment related reports for the Leadership Team
- Plan and organize various HR activities: trainings, meetings, company presentations and events
- Engage in various administrative stuff: induction of new employees, certificates releases, ecc.
