  • Responsible for the implementation of the HR policies, guarantor of compliance with the company's HR procedures;
  • Supports the employees from the allocated teams, from the moment they join the company to the moment of their exit, in order to ensure that the processes of adaptation, training and development, are carried out accordingly and acts as an advisor of the employees regarding human resources matters;
  • Participates in the discussions that take place with the managers of the assigned departments, in order to be able to anticipate  the changes that take place both in terms of staffing and necessary skills, through an in-depth understanding of the business;
  • Cultivating organizational values;
  • Provides guidance, while sustaining positive change communication and motivation of the employees, to develop higher performance;
  • Identifies and proposes development plans for key employees and those with high potential, while following the internal HR procedures;
  • Permanently updates and maintains the HR databases of the company with all the necessary information such as staff employment, staff termination, internal mobility or employees promotions;
  • Selects and recruits according to the candidate’s profile and the job requirements, for the assigned teams, as well as for the other teams, if necessary, while following the internal HR procedures;
  • Participates in the activities and events of promotion/recruitment of the company (fairs, presentations, etc.).

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources is a plus
  • Strong German & English language skills;
  • At least 2 years experience in Human Resources;
  • Forward-looking, favoring innovation, flexible and creative;
  • Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and good organizational skills;
  • Fairness, seriousness, guided by ethical principles;
  • Good knowledge of psychology - knowledge of the human behavior and of the human performance;
  • The ability to mediate, negotiate and represent.
