HR Business Partner (Iasi)

Job description:

As an HR Business Partner your responsibilities will be to:

• Enable both the short-term and long-term strategy of the local business clients in line with corporate policies related to human relations, organizational and employee development by defining and implementing the appropriate HR strategic initiatives required to meet the defined business strategy (. Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Transformation);
• Guide employees and supervisors in HR related matters (supports in decision making & and acts as consultant);
• Lead them to the right point of contact and promotes the full portfolio of HR related services (. payroll, data administration, recruiting;
• Consult with Centers of Expertise (CoE) regarding the full portfolio of HR related processes (. Compensation & Benefits) and address business needs in direction of CoE;
• Ensure consistent application and compliance of defined HR Policies, Programs and Procedures
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks;
• Maintains the collaboration with all the stakeholders in line with the Balance of cooperation (. BU HR).
• Collaborate with all stakeholders in line with the organizational structure;
• Accompanie and implement (business) change projects in his/her area of responsibility together with management of respective organizational units and internal/external experts (if applicable);
• Introduce/ implement new HR related services, systems & processes (from HR Operation Services and CoE's) into assigned organization;
• Lead and implement HR projects in the assigned area of responsibility;
• Participates in other business projects, representing with general HR knowledge to achieve the project deliverables;
• Consult and guide the organization through times of significant changes (. digital transformation, VUCA world) and supports organizational development;
• Acts as a role models of our company values and culture
• Act as consultant how to apply existing governance (process, method, tools LMS)
• Being the learning business partner of the BU, consult the trainers in didactical context, learning methods to be used, act as a quality gate before uploading the content into LMS,
• Decide upon the BU learning strategy (where is what most needed) together with the Competency Manager in Business and Network (. P HEV Competency Network R&D)
• Act as consultant how to apply existing governance (process, method, tools)
• Ensure legal requirements specially data protection of personal related data

Job requirements:

• University degree in HR field
• 5-7 years experience in multiple HR functions in a variety of business environments
• Experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefit
• Fluent English language
• Project management experience
• Innovative, open-minded personality with high level social skills
