Key Responsibilities
  • Be part of Endava Iasi’s Leadership Team, constantly contributing to the agreed DU’s objectives;
  • Define the Architecture Discipline’s strategy with senior team members. Provide internal thought leadership. Evolve discipline capabilities;
  • Create discipline community and culture;
  • Contribute to Endava becoming the Employer of Choice in the market. Attract & recruit, retain and develop the best talent;
  • Mandatory involvement in cross-discipline project winning for;
  • Offering support to Client Engagement Managers and other senior team members. Identifies and develops sales opportunities, assists in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals;
  • Provide support to client/prospect visits to Iasi office and offer a truly great experience by uncovering the key strengths/capabilities of the Architecture Discipline, the location and the teams that fit the client needs;
  • Support and work in collaboration with other local Heads of Disciplines and Discipline Leads, as well as stakeholders in the wider Endava business to successfully deliver projects from Iasi, improve delivery methods and deliver a consistent client experience;
  • Provide expert advice, leadership, guidance and best practices in the Architecture Discipline;
  • Facilitate the professional development of Endavans, including induction, performance review, training and development plans in line with business requirements;
  • Works with global peers (other Heads of discipline) as well as the Group Head of Architecture to establish processes, standards and best practices for Architecture throughout the company.

  • Experienced with methods and techniques for engaging customers and coordinate the design and architecture of a project.
