The Key Focus Of This Role Involves

Here at JacTravel, we are looking for a On Line Groups Advisor to join our Company on a permanent Full training will be given to the right individual .

• Receive online group bookings (from clients around the world) on a daily basis, prioritising this work accordingly to the deadlines and start working on each booking.
• You will be fully responsible for the successful business outcome of each booking, taking daily decisions, following customer mark-ups, liaising with properties and third party suppliers, providing extra services where needed and correct operation of booking as per procedures
• Negotiating with suppliers according to the sales requirements either by e-mail or telephone to make a reservation.
