For one of our client, a leading innovator and provider of high-quality air conditioning solutions, we are looking for a General Affairs in Bucharest.
 
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
 
- Very good time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer focused approach;
- An open-minded attitude, pro-active approach, willingness to learn;
- English - advanced level;
- MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 
Responsibilities:
 
Reception related activities:
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
• Handle the external email address, ensure proper replies and forward the incoming emails;
 
Office support:
• Office supplies orders, manage the collaboration with different suppliers (eg. Fruits, couriers etc.)
 
Company car fleet management:
• Monitor the car fleet (contract management, main point of contact for our leasing company);
• Place new car orders once the contract comes to an end;
 
 HR Support:
• Health & Safety: manage the relation with our SSM provider; monitor the documentation, schedule trainings for new employees etc
