To support Vodafone Romania in the delivery of a first class quality experience to all of our customers and support the achievement of exceptional business performance through the delivery, and embedding of the training courses (induction, product, services, systems, soft skills) and any other development interventions (virtual, in class, webinars, on the job training, coaching, etc.) that are taking place in Vodafone Romania for the employees, partners or dealers.

  • Understand the business development needs and works together with the L&D Coordinator and the Regional Trainers team to build comprehensive regional development actions aligned with the business strategy.
  • Develop content on Products, services and systems working closely with Product Managers and other business stakeholders.
  • Assist Regional Trainers in designing functional specific content customized per regional needs.

  • Offer feedback, recommendations, share ideas and best practices to the other members of the team based on the experience gathered in the delivery sessions in order to improve the quality of the trainings and other development interventions
    • Support and end to end management of the usual functional development programs (induction, academies) as project manager, for the assigned area
    • Support and manage the functional special projects (partners development, franchises, etc) or any other development programs for the assigned area .
    • Work with the resources allocated in each of the project to deliver it and be responsible for the success of the implementation
    • Provide additional coaching agreed with the line manager to support the embedding of training, change initiatives, or any other development interventions and to drive specific performance improvement

      Complete the reports requested by the implementation team in order to evaluate the impact of the development interventions in the business
    • Support on rolling out the return on investment strategies for each project:
    • Support identifying the most relevant KPI’s for each development initiative
    • Measure the impact of the development solutions as per agreed KPI’s

      Contribute towards an improvement in value and customer satisfaction in a particular area or product set through the delivery of targeted training & development interventions that help improve knowledge & skills in relation to various products, services & behaviors
    • Develop training resources, which may involve preparing notes and visual displays from researched information or their own knowledge
    • Participate and play an active role in the pilot organized by the L&D Coordinator for the new trainings and other development interventions in order to understand the content and offer feedback
    • Participate in the train of trainers sessions organized by the L&D Coordinator for the new trainings and other development interventions in order to understand the content and be prepared for delivery
    • Conduct and deliver all the training sessions or any other development interventions that are taking place in Vodafone Romania

      Assess regional and/or specific training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and/or consultation with managers
    • Pursue own development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledging strengths and areas for development
    • Know the company products, services and systems portfolios to be able to deliver the content properly
    • Demonstrates interest in understanding details about telecomm networks and technologies, advanced data communications concepts.
    • Understand and apply the sales techniques and customers education
    • Visit the stores or shadowing account managers for a better understanding of the company

      Be a certified trainer through the participation at the accreditations sessions organized by the company
    • Act as an ambassador for the Vodafone Way values
    • Work effectively with the other team players

      Build strong relationships with the stakeholders

      Essential

      University degree
    • Experience in training delivery -services, products, systems and sales skills

    At least 1 year experience in sales and/or customer relations
    • English knowledge
    • PC skills
    • Facilitation and delivery skills
    • Communication, negotiation & presentation skills
