The Expert CPE Management coordinates the lifecycle planning and management of CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment) for the entire company, to ensure end-to-end transparency and process optimization, from demand planning to re-usage and scrapping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economic/ technical field;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the logistics area, additional experience is an advantage;
  • Analytical thinking and the capacity to synthesize;
  • Very good knowledge of inventory management and material flow shaping;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken;
  • Solid knowledge about the technologies related to CPEs;
  • Good knowledge of using ERP (Oracle, SAP) and MS Office package;
  • Active person, very organized and structured, able to coordinate and manage several works at the same time;
  • Experience of working in an ambiguous, fast paced, growing and ever-changing environment, which requires flexibility and creativity in order to meet the needs of the business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Creates and validates detailed demand plans for all CPE categories, in close connection and alignment with the Commercial, Controlling and other inventory areas, in order to ensure precise predictive models for demands;
  • Predicts the stock levels and order volumes required for each device category, taking into account demand, available stock and alternative usage scenarios;
  • Collects and defines technical specifications and detailed requirements for different types of devices and selects the most suitable units in order to meet the demand, balancing customer requirements with the company's financial objectives;
  • Aligns and coordinates all internal stakeholders, to create a common vision and strategy for the availability and procurement of CPEs;
  • Acts as a contact person for suppliers, to ensure the ordering, delivery and invoicing process;
  • Monitors the delivery schedule together with the suppliers, in order to ensure that the devices delivery is in accordance with the planning;
  • Identifies and executes optimization measures to improve the process and the associated costs for the purchase, delivery, storage and use of equipment, together with all the stakeholders involved.
