We are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Delivery Manager and play a strategic role in the business development. Strong customer management & project management skills are needed, as you will have full responsibility for the project’s delivery and expansion. People oriented mindset, engagement skills, servant leadership and emotional intelligence are the must haves as you have to build and maintain a great relationship with our teams and our customers.

Key Activities Areas

Client management
  • Build long term partnerships with actual and future clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding client business goals
  • Constantly assess customer feedback and make necessary improvements in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Constantly strive towards improving operations, streamlines work processes and works cooperatively and jointly to provide high quality customer services
  • Monitor and evaluate the work of the project teams, in accordance with the defined business case
Business development
  • Identify new business opportunities and apply our model to meet customer needs
  • Strong cooperation with our management team to drive growth and business & process improvement
Team management
  • Motivate, engage and support team members
  • Ensure the correct understanding of roles and responsibilities among the team
  • Make sure the team members have the right set of technical and behavioral competencies to ensure the success of the project
  • Facilitate the integration of all team members
  • Provide input for all people processes to Career Managers
Project management
  • Manage the projects in line with the business needs
  • Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
  • Accurately define the scope of the project(s) and develop project plans
  • Provide development project leadership in the delivery of high-quality products
  • Monitor the progress of the implementation and regularly report the status to stakeholders
  • Define and measure the KPI’s that will indicate the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process
  • Manage escalations
  • Financial management: monitor and report financial KPI’s; ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for project

Experience
  • Proven experience in the software development field, with demonstrated performance working with customers, leading the delivery of software products or services
  • Experience in managing software development teams
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis
