Key responsibilities:

  • Taking  the  orders: check customer demands and analyze the orders;
  • Registers customer orders in our system (SAP)  and confirm to the customers  the best delivery date and give them a clear and effective solution.
  • Informs the customers about all of changes in delivery schedules.
  • Assures and coordinates the internal transport and export for all customer orders;
  • Making commercial invoices and all documents necessary for them according to our legal requirements;
  • Maintains SAP data on: customer orders, system parameters, commercial conditions, forms, sales prices, etc.
  • Updated the long-term sales plan according to the data provided by the sales representatives.
  • Making daily/monthly necessary  reports;
  • Manage customer relationships with a complete, timely and  clear communications.

Reporting Relationships:

The Customer service will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Desired skills & Experience:

  • University degree in a technical or economics area;
  • Any type of certification in customer service  would be an advantage;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience;
  • Knowledge of customs legislation;
  • We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude;
  • Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment, team-player mindset;
  • Decision-making & problem-solving skills';
  • Computer skills : (MS Office),  SAP program;
  • Excellent German and English knowledge language (writing and speaking).
