Your contribution to something big:
- Develop: You are responsible for the functional leading of the cost center controlling team for our Bosch IT division.
- Future: You develop with your team new processes and improve existing processes. You increase the competence level within your unit.
- Foresight: You are responsible for the cost center controlling region EMEA regarding in time and quality reporting according to the customer requirements.
- Cooperation: You steer the activities between the cost center controlling team in Timisoara and Germany as well as towards your international customers.

- Education:University degree in economical field
- Experience & Know how:
First leadership experience preferred
At least 3 years of working experience within Controlling area in multinational
environment
Excellent computer skills - MS Office (e.g. Excel) and SAP
- Language:
English fluently (spoken and written)
- Personality:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Cooperative, target oriented and readiness of mind
Strong and self-confident personality
- Functioning:
Structured, independent and analytic working style
Ability to react quick / flexible on changes
Willingness to travel
Willing to accept the challenge of a start-up project
