Compensations And Benefits Advisor/Specialist With German

In your new position, you will be responsible for meeting standard and complex business requirements, within the guidelines of the Compensation & Benefits policy. You will offer day to day business support with position grading (evaluation) and compensation advice for new hires and internal transfers, benefits information, general queries (governance, directives and policies guidance) and country specific practices.

Your Role

Is to ensure the quality of service delivered, by managing and prioritizing the workload, overseeing that timelines are achieved, as well as by building relationships and ensuring customer confidence is maintained and customer satisfaction goals are met.

You will be part of a young team of professionals and work directly with the Head of C&B Services, CoE partners, Managers, HR Business Partners and HR Operations colleagues (HR Admin, Global Mobility, Recruitment, and Payroll) to ensure smooth delivery to the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver standard and complex solutions for C&B business requests for executive and non-executive employees;
  • Actively support organizational change processes/re-organizations;
  • Provide technical expertise for position evaluations based on specific methodologies and organizational insight;
  • Prepare all necessary documentation based on Bombardier policies & procedures and support C&B solutions through the approval process;
  • Ensure day-to-day operations and relationships with stakeholders (business, HRBPs, other HR functions);
  • Act as resource for colleagues in the team for all the content and process related issues, share the acquired knowledge and improve the team efficiency to solve complex problems;
  • Actively participate in team and cross function improvement projects and offer support for other workstreams on C&B specifics.

Qualifications

  • Education University Degree
  • HR qualifications and/or working experience in HR are an advantage, but not prerequisite
  • Foreign Languages English and German at a proficient level
  • Working experience 1-3/3-5 years of work experience in working with complex processes and customers with minimum 1 year of work experience in an international customer service environment
