Archive360 , a globally recognized Microsoft Azure ISV , is expanding again.

We are looking for talented people to interface with our customers to provide support for our award wining Microsoft Cloud products.

This is not a developer position, however if you are an experienced QA tester or worked directly with customers to deploy products, we want to hear from you.

  • Daily work hours are from 2PM Romanian Time Zone
  • Using a support ticketing system
  • 1+ years of current experience in technical consulting, support or QA
  • Hands on experience with Windows Server based products (troubleshooting, scripting powershell, SQL, etc)
  • Ability to stop, listen and collaborate with technical and non- technical customers from IT administrators to director level stakeholders
  • Fast learner
  • Very personable with fantastic communication skills
  • English speaking and writing essential
