Main responsibilities:
- Drives Project Purchasing to reach the established KPI, systematically liaising with Group for global platform sourcing strategy;
- Leads the Sourcing Process from project launch and through all stages of the projects;
- Participates to project meeting and activities;
- Provides support to the Project Manager in preparing the sourcing plan, defining the mutual commitments and conditions;
- Identifies the critical parts and reviews the contingency plan with the related project team members;
- Selects supplier bid-list based on compliant segment panel and liaises with project and segment organizations to identify opportunities;
- Assess the pre-selected suppliers risk impacts on the project, related to development or production capacity, technical or quality capability, financial sustainability;
- Manages the negotiation with suppliers to ensure successful cooperation;
- Manages the achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers and follows up the progress;
- Defines and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers;
- Ensures that all the necessary documentation is properly defined and followed;
- Defines and implements site purchasing performance in line with the budget for technical / resourcing materials productivities and reservoir;
- Proposes and negotiates the material productivities for the site;
- Ensures the strict follow up and compliance of supplier operational data (pricing, chargeback, litigations);
- Ensures the interface in front of supplier crisis (quality, delivery, commercial).
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical / Engineering field is mandatory;
- +2 years of work experience, previous experience in a similar position is an advantage;
- Strong technical aptitude in working with MS Office Excel;
- Norms and financial rules knowledge;
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
- Knowledge and experience in purchasing, industrial, engineering, project, production, quality field;
- Knowledge of Legislation and rules for financial aspects;
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills, good customer/supplier focus skills;
- A strong sense of self-discipline results-oriented;
- Analytical skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
