Job Description

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management is searching for one of his clients a big international industrial group for a Business Unit Manager to coordinate one of the group's business units dealing with industrial insulations.
Business Unit Manager must match the responsabilities and criteria below

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the activity of the Business Officers, the Administrative and Accounting Officer and the departments within the BU (SSM, Quality, Human Resources, Acquisitions);
  • Define with the team and Country Manager the medium and long term development strategy;
  • Establishes the budget of the Business Unit and aims at its achievement;
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing the client portfolio;
  • Follows the fulfillment of the commercial action plan;
  • Follow up the business budget progress and perform a quarterly reassessment of all Business Unit business with the Business Chief and the Administrative Officer - Accountant;
  • Monitor the site activity through Business Chiefs and make regular visits;
  • Systematically follows the recovery of receivables;
  • Establishes the necessary human resources in accordance with the development strategy of the Business Unit;
  • Establish the individual objectives of the subordinate staff and assess the individual performance at the Business Unit level;
  • Strengthens the relations within the Business Unit, as well as the relations with the other Business Units in Romania;
  • Promotes the image of the Business Unit and the company;
  • Ensure compliance with the Internal Regulation, instructions and procedures and legal requirements in the field of quality, safety and health at work and environmental protection.
Requirements
  • Specialized studies in the field of construction;
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading positions;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, SAP or similar);
  • Commercial ability;
  • Higher communication and negotiation abilities;
  • Management skills;
  • Sociability, teamwork skills;
  • Focus on results and customer and people orientation;
  • Category B auto license
  • Availability for travel.
