Position Summary:


Reporting directly to the European Lead of the Transition and Service Transformation Team, the Business Analyst will be part of a team dedicated to the transition and transformation of outsourcing projects and the buildup of Employee service centers in different locations. As part of that team the Business Analyst will participate in all activities required to such projects from requirement management, Process Design and re-engineering, Documentation and knowledge transfer to Training Design, Testing of People, processes readiness and operations support.


Project Related Competencies:


  • Performs Quality Assurance activities related to documentation reviews, Processes reviews, and other types of documentation following company standards and supports Business Analysts in their role.
  • Prepare first drafts of Desktop Procedures based on existing and agreed Process Flows.
  • Participates in testing and quality activities like generation of test cases, execution and tracking during testing phases.
  • Assists in enforcement of project quality standards.
  • Communicates effectively with business Analysts to support the work related activities.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our internal/external clients based on company methodologies and best practices.

Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or University title preferred.
  • SAP or PSFT expertise is desirable.
  • Business Process Design and re-engineering in Business process Outsourcing environments.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German
  • HR and or Payroll background is desirable.
  • Call center environment knowledge and experience is desirable.
  • Strong cultural skills by being participated in multi country projects.
  • Microsoft Office 2007 advanced user.
  • Microsoft Visio design tool is an asset.
