This position belongs to our Huawei Romania Representative Office, located in Bucharest, Lake View Building, Aurel Vlaicu area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Registers the invoice information in the internal systems
  • Tracking and clearing long term un-billed contracts, in close cooperation with local offices;
  • Credit Notes issuance for marketing rebate/ product return based on the offer negotiated with the customer;
  • Offers administrative support for Carrier Business Group Service Share Center
  • Reads the sales contracts and analyzes in detail all information regarding the trade/ payment terms
  • Close collaboration with PO specialists, Supply Chain department
  • Communicates with related departments to obtain the supporting documents for fulfillment
  • Provides periodical reports to the manager or upon request

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting or related major.
  • 0-2 experience or recently graduated 
  • Fluency in English, Russian is a plus
  • Ability to follow-through until completion of tasks.
  • Customer-oriented attitude: commitment to answer requests and solve problems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word) is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High attention to details and accuracy.
