We are looking for a Application Engineering Thermoplastics for our Projects Management Department in Hunedoara.

       Responsibilities:

- Participate in providing production-related experience in concept and development phases of future projects (moulded part and tool design)

- Participate in process / product FMEA

- Coordinate and carry out initial sampling, make sample parts; Coordinate tool otimisations and subsequent pay-offs

- Document and specify manufacturing parameters and processing windows

- Carry out other activities within the scope of SEP which serve to prepare for series production

 - Transfer tools to series production. All activities that are required to maintain a problem-free process; Process evaluating activities in the acquisition project

Requirements:

      - Higher Education in plastic engineering or comparable training

      - Master of plastics engineering

      - Several years of experience in the area of injection molding technology

      - Experience in the design and definition of injection moulding processes

      - Ms-Office

      - Knowledge of English

      - Willingness to travel

      - Analytics skills

      - Integral process-oriented thinking

      - Project management competence

      - Ability to work in a team and communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts
