Agile Coach

We are searching for a professional with expertise in Agile methodologies. Being an Agile Coach is a very sought-after job, as it requires professionals to provide the company with the means to drive organizational change. And we have a special project in mind for this position.

Our client is a very well-known bank, with extensive experience and long tradition in the Romanian market. The bank is part of a multinational conglomerate, a leading European financial services group with French roots.
Your job as an Agile Coach will be to help implement Agile best practices in the company, as well as guide&support the teams when implementing the coaching methodology for themselves.

• Experience as Agile Coach;
• Leadership experience, as well as great coaching skills;
• Previous experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master is appreciated;
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Decision-making skills, with an innate ability to negotiate;
• Willingness to travel;
• Advanced English language skills are mandatory (French language is considered a plus).
