Advanced PC&L

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Advanced PC&L project coordinator for the products & businesses manufactured in the Injector plant;

·         Represent PC&L function in the project reviews at the Injector plant level;

·         Define loop size and the type of packaging to be used for suppliers;

·         Initiate and maintain acquisitions process for supplier packaging;

·         Packaging logistic requirements for customer;

·         Load in SAP before launch in production the packaging specifications;

·         Support the sourcing process for new parts;

·         Approve sourcing decision or authorize deviation;

·         Support the plant functions to implement new processes such as repacking area, support to warehouse;

·         Provide PC&L costs for changes (volume increase/decrease, manufacturing site change);

·         Support Packaging development for finished products (outbound);

·         Support Packaging development for purchased parts (inbound);

·         Maintain PFEP accuracy;

·         Support for the Capex plan for tooling and operations;

·         Create budget and forecast for packaging;

·         Provide Advanced PC&L data;

·         Train supplier on PC&L processes;

·         Ensure hand off to plant PC&L.

Essential requirements:

·         University degree;

·         Experience in production control & logistics in automotive industry;

·         Experience in project management in automotive industry;

·         English – advanced (mandatory); other languages would be a plus;

·         SAP (or another ERP) experience would be a plus;

·         Excellent PC skills;

·         Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;

·         High level of communication skills.
