What you'll do?

• Promote the development of the ACE application landscape of Autoliv Europe
• Analyse and evaluate application failures and incidents and provide robust solutions
• Investigate and implement continuous improvement activities to strengthen the SAP landscape of Autoliv Europe
• Support functional business units in application and process related issues.
• Coordinate and support internal and external SAP developers to implement application changes
• Establish training material and conduct training of Autoliv application and process standards
• Translate critical incidents into 8Ds
• Drive the root cause analysis in the area with either identifying it or helping the other teams (internal and external) with valuable information
• Acts as an interface between business and system architects when needed -> coordinate the resolution with key players (L3. Functional or Technical Architect, Process Owner, …), if required escalade to higher management level
• Does proactive activities to help minimize the number of incidents
• Performs tests for various system enhancements -> Assist Business team & technical architect with required test preparation
• Creates documentation when needed for business users (knowledge article)
• Creates documentation and specific tools to optimize the workflow for the support activity (knowledge article)
• Creates KPI’s when needed and analysis of incidents
• The support mission covers the plant in production as well as the plant under roll-out
• Delivering platform configuration in production system (BSRs, roll-out preparation…)
• Provide regular reporting on progress, roadblocks, improvement proposal to direct management
  

Education

What you'll bring

• University degree in computer sciences or business administration or equal qualification
  

Background

• Basic IT Knowledge and experience (1 year)
• Background in ERP systems
• Functional knowledge and background in Finance processes, preferably from a company in the automotive business
  

Others

• English – fluent level
• SAP, ABAP, SQL knowledge advantageous but not essential. The suitable candidate will be trained
• A good understanding of the Finance processes
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and achieve deadlines
• Ability to translate technical information into business end user’s language and formulate clear and concise resolutions.
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Workshop facilitation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience as a trainer
