You will be responsible for effective performance of Accounts Payable processes for the country/ies assigned.

Accounts Payable Analyst for BA
Your Role
You will be responsible for effective performance of Accounts Payable processes for the country/ies assigned.
Your Challenges
- Ensure accuracy of transactions captured and traceability of transactions performed.
- Perform Invoice & Credit Notes Matching (i.e. Trade Payables, Intercompany, Intra-company Payables)
- Resolve Supplier & Business Queries
- Prepare Accounts Payable/ Supplier Reconciliation
- Processes Rejected Payments
- Processes Down Payment Requests and Clearing Down Payments
- Resolve first level of errors.
- Engage in activities towards continuous improvement
- Comply with Accounts Payable policies and procedures
- Comply with period end checklists of activities to be performed
- Comply with OSC control points
- Education University Degree, preferable in Accounting/Economics
- Foreign Languages English at a proficient level
- Working experience 0-1 years of work experience in the overall AP process
- Exposure to SAP ERP system is a plus
- PC Skills ( Office Tools)
