Access & Identity Management Engineer (LDAP)
Overview:
In this role,
- You will join a DEVOPS organization, combining developers & architects & engineers focusing on Access & Identity Management (IDAM)
- You'll be in touch with various other teams (Identity Management Team, Development team)
- You will work on the modernization of the Customer Facing IDAM ecosystem in ADP (aka NEXO), focusing on the Access Management infrastructures in EMEA region.
Your mission will consist in:
- Working closely with the current LDAP/Data Sync specialist in EMEA:
- Take knowledge of current solutions & become an additional owner of these 2 main technologies
- Support & pursue enhancement of these technologies
- Building, Deploying & maintaining (operate) these new infrastructure components (Servers, API & Tools)
- Support Roadmap (move from ODSEE to PING Directory), manage version upgrade, patch management
- Resiliency improvement
- Work on cloud transition initiative in the future
- Globalizing & standardizing the access management ecosystem & process. Work on convergence with other Regions
- Integrating, customizing & deploying new modules on Next Gen platforms
- Automate all deployments (Ansible) & contribute to development of Self Services or tools
- Coordinating changes in the region, sometime in conjunction with other regions
- Document (processes, diagram)
- Learn new technologies when appropriate
- Scope & Integrate New Products & accompany Product Management teams on their IDAM evolutions
Required Technical SKILLS:
- LDAP: ODSEE, PING Directory
- Replication tools: Ping Data Sync
- Development / scripting (Python)
- API concepts
- Linux
- F5 (VIP)
- Familiar with Agile methodology (Kanban, Scrum,) & SaFe (Program increment)
Required personal SKILLS:
- Autonomous
- Able to report clearly progress made & upcoming work
- Show impediment
- Able to estimate work (T-shirt sizing)
- Languages: English
Experience:
Seniority: A minimum of 3 years of experience on LDAP & directory replication tools (like PING, or any other)
Ideally, to have experience on complementary Access Management technologies, such as:
- CA SiteMinder (Layer7, SPS, Policy Servers)
- Apache
- Web App, Web Services
- WebSphere/Tomcat
- WEB SECURITY/Web Servers
