The Role
The main purpose of the role is to develop mobile applications using the Xamarin framework and toolset (Xamarin.iOS, Xamarin.Android, Insights, HockeyApp/App Center, etc.). You will be working on innovative projects for our international blue chip clients and play a pivotal role in supporting our customers for years to come.
Job responsibilities
The successful Xamarin Developer will be an ambitious and creative individual with a great team mentality and the ability to lead by example and promote good team spirit and collaboration. You will need to be familiarised with continuous integration including automated build (TC) and test systems and possess a good knowledge of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and the entire mobile store life-cycle including store policies, publishing, and deployments.
Job requirements
Significant experience developing mobile applications using the Xamarin framework and toolset (Xamarin.iOS, Xamarin.Android, Insights, HockeyApp/App Center, etc.)
iOS (Objective-C) and/or Java development for mobile a plus
Proficiency in Object-Oriented (OO) software design and development
Knowledge of software versioning systems. Git and Gitflow specific experience is an asset
Proven track record of developing and deploying software using C# and the .NET Framework
Organizing and maintaining a common core shared amongst various platforms (iOS, Android, UWP)
