We're a Bucharest based company looking for talented UI/UX Designer to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

• Build page navigation buttons and search fields

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

• Create original graphic designs (images, sketches and tables)

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (responsiveness)

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience knowledge and clean visual design sense

• Knowledge of wireframe tools (InVision, Balsamiq)

• Expertise using Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or other design/prototyping software

• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

• Good time-management skills

• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

• Should be self-motivated, highly organized, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision

Having any of the following is a plus

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and other emerging internet application technologies

• Prior experience working within a technical environment

• Interest in emerging technologies in web, mobile, and other devices

• Experience designing for a global audience in multiple languages

• Familiarity with the agile software development process
