Result driven: To strive to achieve the quality and business operational KPI targets, understand the quality procedures as well as the specific tools for improvement.
Data cruncher: Analyzing business metrics and data by identifying incoming traffic causes as well as impacts that derive from this both for the business and customers.
Role model: Excellence in customer support with strong communication skills aimed to maintain customer satisfaction as the primary objective.
Assessor: Evaluating agents based on their skills. Providing agents useful feedback and motivation.
IT skills: Good knowledge of MS office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Job Description
Facilitator: Being a mentor and guide for agents for quality improvement. Bridging agents and team managers with regular quality reports.
Data cruncher: Analyzing incoming feedback from clients both individually and at the team level. Being practical and finding new ways of reducing the customer`s effort and improving quality procedures.
Implementer: Coordinating, developing and applying specific team actions as well as action plans for agents along with the Management and Quality team.
Law-abiding citizen: To respect the company`s rules and regulations regarding the handling of data.
Willingness: to travel/work from a different location if requested up to 70% of the time.
