OVERVIEW: We’re looking for a collaborative and upbeat team member with a practical, can-do attitude to support our rapidly growing location in Timisoara. A Team Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative and analytical tasks but also assisting managers and members of our teams.

Key Activities

  • Support  the location effectiveness by ensuring a highly effective level of administrative support
  • Organizing and planning the non-technical activities for our colleagues
  • Answering and forwarding the phone calls
  • Preparing and organizing the correspondence
  • Ensuring the interface with the suppliers in Timisoara and searching for new suppliers
  • Preparing and submitting the necessary documents to the Finance and Purchasing departments in Arad
  • Protocol activities, including the organization of business dinners

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree/MS (Economics, Administration, Public Relations, Social Sciences)
  • Equivalent work experience
  • Excellent command of English in writing and speaking
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills
