As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be based in our Nokia Skypark office, located in Budapest, and will support recruiting for Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities

Supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners in advising hiring managers on the most-up-to-date recruitment policy/SOP, process and operational practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition strategy at Nokia.

Ensuring high-quality, timely and consistent daily administrative support with OurTalent (by Oracle/Taleo) tool, our current Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assisting hiring managers in raising recruitment requisitions and launching for approvals;
  • Ensuring follow-up to speed up the requisition approval process upon request;
  • Ideally participating in intake strategic calls with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners once the requisitions are fully approved;
  • Assisting with posting and advertising vacancies on company career sites, social media and other external channels;
  • Creating candidate profiles and supporting Talent Acquisition Partners with accurately tracking candidate profiles through the relevant application steps;
  • Supporting with CV pre-screening, pre-interview phone calls and setting pre-screen questions for open requisitions;
  • Conducting reference checks if necessary;
  • Scheduling interviews for hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners and other additional interviewers; these may include virtual or face-to-face settings in multiple locations, with different time zones;
  • Sending relevant correspondence to not selected candidates;
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Partners with registering offers, launching them for approvals and following up to ensure offer management effectiveness;
  • Triggering the onboarding process and handing over the hiring cases to other HR teams;
  • Ensuring the requisitions are filled once all recruitment steps are successfully completed;
  • Running reports in order to provide accurate status related to requisitions/candidate applications or to support audits;
  • Ensuring end-to-end recruiting for different internship roles if needed;
  • Actively participating in local/regional/global meetings to be up-to-date regarding latest recruitment strategies, policies, tool enhancements etc.;
  • Potentially attending local job fairs or running monthly internal career newsletters.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Completed a Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the role;
  • Any equivalent experience is a plus, but fresh graduates or students in their final year of studies are strongly encouraged to apply;
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal communication; any additional European language most welcome
  • Has the ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy;
  • Is fast-paced and resourceful, with a „can do” and “customer first” attitude and readiness to embrace change in a challenging ambiguous environment;
  • Confident communicator who finds it energizing to interact with many and various people each day;
  • Highly collaborative team player, continuously striving for improvement and the well-being of the team;
  • Illustrates tact, discretion and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information;
  • Desires to grow within our Talent Acquisition Team and has a genuine interest to learn more about Nokia and telecom industry.
