Supply Chain Program Manager - INTEVA SALONTA
Position Description:
- Serves as the SCM single point of contact for the PDT and ensures reliable information transfers from the PDT to the Supply Chain Management organization.
- Ensures all Supply Chain Management deliverables are delivered to the PDT on time and within the Business Case Targets.
- Ensure all sourcing meets targets set by SCMPM – cost and timing
Main Responsibilities:
- Serves as the SCM single point of contact for the PDT
- Support of the Quality Sourcing Process: Gather and prepare required RFQ data (drawings, timing, etc.) issues RFQs to suppliers, ensure timely RFQ supplier response, prepare RFQ/CBD analysis templates for all dedicated programs
- Ensure and facilitates, all steps of the sourcing process are completed including all forms and checklists completed accurately, all issues resolved with supply base, technical reviews and pre-sourcing meetings, APQP conducted, etc.
- Ensures Sourcing Process is respected and completed in line with the program cost targets and timing
- Develop the Prototype and Tooling RFQ requirements and supports and tracks activities to complete tasks on time and within cost targets.
- Ensure sufficient capacity and tooling lifetime for new and carry over components nominations
- Resolve all launch related issues within supply base to ensure on time, on quality, on cost delivery of material, machinery, equipment, and tooling
- Track and manage critical issues, develop backup plans, and ensures execution of improvement plans for all Supply Chain Management related launch issues
- Manage (track/escalate/report/initiate corrective actions to improve) all program related material (components, tools etc) and capex costs versus the budget.
- Ensure function reporting documentation are updates and available for SCM and PDT review at any needed time
