Responsibilities:

• Approve PPAP for all new BOPs (Bought-Out Parts) and BIPs (Bought-In Parts). In case parts are not fully approved ensure a robust action plan is in place and followed till full approval
• Archive the physical initial samples and the associated PPAP files
• Approve PPAP for all modifications (engineering changes, process changes, transfer, etc) for all BOPs (Bought-Out Parts) and BIPs (Bought-In Parts)and archives initial samples and associated PPAP files
• Participate with the ASQ (Advanced Supplier Quality) in the runrate at the external suppliers
• In case of non-conforming parts issue the supplier complaint and manage the supplier 8D to ensure robustness of the corrective actions. If necessary validate the 8D at the supplier’s shop floor
• When necessary escalate to SQD and Supply Chain Management
• Ensure the protection of the Eberspaecher  production through CSL1 (Containment Shipping Level 1) or CSL2 (Containment Shipping Level 2) if necessary
• Manages supplier deviations
• Manages progress plans with the worst external suppliers

  Requirements:

• Possess a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in automotive industry will be a plus
• Good knowledge of PC, English, German will be a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
