Store Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our HENDI brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. 

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and orders and store operations

Qualifications

• University degree
• Store management experience is considered a plus
• English written and spoken skills at medium level
• Knowledge in basic accounting accounting for the store
• PC operating skills (Office Excel, Windows)
• Strong communication skills 
• Customer centric with a positive and energetic attitude
