Specialist Customer Service Operation
Responsabilities:
Support sales team in its activities to increase the sales
- Handling the requests received by phone and e-mail
- Receives and register orders
- Issue invoices in the defined deadline and sends them to the customers
- Check and approve online orders
- Responsible to apply and respect the order approval process
- Active support for customer’s request
- Responsible to create master data requested by order registration process
- Responsible for master data accuracy
- Receive and register the complaints, solve assigned complains and write down an official reply.
- Responsible to assure in due time a proper answer for authority’s letters
- Administrates the documents with special regime used in his/hers daily job;
- Assure the archiving activity for orders and all the documents related according to the legislation and internal archiving regulations communicated
Requirments:
- University Degree or high school graduated
- Experience: minimum 1 year in a similar position
- Good analysis and synthesis capability
- Capability of handlings complaints
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accuracy of work and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skilled ( Excel, Word)
- Professional experience in a Call Centre highly appreciated;
