Responsibilities and tasks:

• Creation of PLC software for various Siemens-based PLC-CNC machines;
• Modification of existing software when needed;
• Start-up and commissioning of the machines above (at manufacturer site and at client site). This includes:
• Installation of the industrial PC, configuration, image loading, programs installations, network communication;
• PLC start-up, error debugging, communication, I/O testing, etc;
• Configuration of the NC equipment (axis parameters, safety, etc)

Requirements: 

• Master in electrical field (Automation and computer control);
• Minimum 3-4 years field experience, as software engineer for industrial machines;
• Knowledge and experience in software design: SINUMERIK 840D, TIA-Portal, WNCC; 
• Advanced knowledge of English written/spoken is mandatory;
• Knowledge of German desirable;
• Willingness to travel
