MicroBilt’s marketing team seeks a talented and energetic Social Media Specialist with a passion for storytelling and brand building to join our team in Targoviste. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and fine-tuning social media strategy across multiple platforms; working with data tools to measure and increase audience engagement on those platforms and pivot based on data results; and working with clients to ensure on-brand engagement across the social media universe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term and short-term strategic plans and goals for social media channels in support of the MicroBilt brand, reputation management and mission.
  • Day-to-day management of social media accounts, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Create and manage social media posting calendar based on short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Monitor analytics to measure impact of social media programs; analyze, review and report on effectiveness of efforts in order to maximize results. Develop Key Performance Indicators dashboard and regularly report on insights shared on social media monitoring.
  • Responsible for staying informed about trends, emerging tools and best practices in social media and advising communications and marketing teams.
  • Execute paid media campaigns for content amplification, lead generation and advertising.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
  • Additional responsibilities include contributing written copy, graphics and other digital content in support of strategic communications efforts.

  • Team player
  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required.
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Maintains excellent English writing and language skills.
  • Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company’s field.
  • Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
This position is located in Targoviste, Romania and requires availability for working hours from 15:00 to 23:00 local time (1hr lunch break included).
