MicroBilt’s marketing team seeks a talented and energetic Social Media Specialist with a passion for storytelling and brand building to join our team in Targoviste. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and fine-tuning social media strategy across multiple platforms; working with data tools to measure and increase audience engagement on those platforms and pivot based on data results; and working with clients to ensure on-brand engagement across the social media universe.

- Develop long-term and short-term strategic plans and goals for social media channels in support of the MicroBilt brand, reputation management and mission.
- Day-to-day management of social media accounts, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Create and manage social media posting calendar based on short-term and long-term strategies.
- Monitor analytics to measure impact of social media programs; analyze, review and report on effectiveness of efforts in order to maximize results. Develop Key Performance Indicators dashboard and regularly report on insights shared on social media monitoring.
- Responsible for staying informed about trends, emerging tools and best practices in social media and advising communications and marketing teams.
- Execute paid media campaigns for content amplification, lead generation and advertising.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
- Additional responsibilities include contributing written copy, graphics and other digital content in support of strategic communications efforts.

- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Maintains excellent English writing and language skills.
- Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company’s field.
- Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
